Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Rap Duos (also referred to as "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our")!

By using our website https://rapduos.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Age Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use our services. By accessing or using Rap Duos, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the required age, you are strictly prohibited from using our services. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to terminate accounts that violate this requirement.

Description of Services

Rap Duos provides creative workflows for AI images and videos, published prompt examples, account history and credit management. Model availability and supported inputs are shown in the generator. Only available services accept generation requests.

Payments and Automatic Renewal

Current plan prices, included credits, billing periods and credit-pack requirements are shown on our Pricing page. Subscriptions are charged in advance: monthly plans renew and charge every month, and annual plans renew and charge every year, until canceled. The amount and billing period are displayed before you confirm payment. A one-time credit pack is charged once and does not create an automatically renewing subscription.

Canceling a Subscription

Credit Delivery and Expiration

Credits are delivered after a successful payment is confirmed. Subscription credits are delivered for the paid billing period at the initial payment and each successful renewal; an annual plan delivers its stated annual allocation for that paid annual period, rather than separate monthly grants. One-time pack credits are delivered after that purchase is confirmed. If a payment or credit delivery appears incorrect, contact support with your order details so we can check it and correct the credit balance when appropriate.

Credits keep the expiration assigned to their purchase or grant. Subscription credits with an expiration expire at the end of their paid subscription period. Expiring one-time pack credits expire after the validity period assigned to that pack. Credits marked as having no expiration do not expire. Remaining credits and expiration dates are shown in Settings → Credits. Renewal does not extend an older credit grant's expiration; unused expiring credits are not carried past that date.

Canceling a subscription does not by itself delete remaining credits. Their original expiration still applies, including any no-expiration pack credits. Subscription benefits end when the paid period ends. Credit balances are service credits and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash.

Refunds

Payment refund eligibility and request procedures are described in our Refund Policy. Canceling automatic renewal and requesting a payment refund are separate actions. A refund is not automatically approved by canceling a subscription.

Independent Service

This website is operated independently and is not the official website of a third-party AI model provider. Model names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; their use here does not imply ownership, sponsorship or endorsement of this website.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Rap Duos for any of the following purposes:

• Any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activities
• Generating, uploading, or distributing content that depicts minors or child exploitation material
• Creating content that promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm
• Producing non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfake pornographic content of real individuals
• Infringing upon intellectual property rights, including unauthorized reproduction of copyrighted material
• Harassment, stalking, bullying, or threatening other individuals
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or other users' accounts
• Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful software
• Engaging in activities that violate applicable export control or sanctions laws
• Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our services without prior written consent
• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing our services without authorization
• Any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the functionality of our services

Violation of these prohibited uses may result in immediate account suspension or termination, without prior notice or refund.

Content Restrictions and Standards

All content generated, uploaded, or shared through Rap Duos must comply with the following standards:

• No Illegal Content: Content must not violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
• No Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content depicting or promoting the sexual exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• No Non-Consensual Content: Content that depicts real individuals in intimate, sexual, or defamatory scenarios without their explicit consent is prohibited.
• No Hate Speech: Content that promotes discrimination, hostility, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic is not allowed.
• No Graphic Violence: Content that glorifies, incites, or depicts extreme violence or gore for shock value is prohibited.
• No Misinformation: Content intentionally designed to deceive, mislead, or spread false information that may cause public harm is prohibited.
• No Spam or Malicious Content: Content that constitutes spam, phishing attempts, or contains malicious links or code is not allowed.
• Intellectual Property Compliance: Users must ensure they have the necessary rights and permissions for any content they create or upload. Content that infringes on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights is prohibited.
• No Unauthorized Deepfakes or Impersonation: You must not generate, upload or distribute images, videos or audio that use a real person's likeness, voice or identity without their explicit consent to create deepfakes or impersonate them. Content that falsely suggests a person's participation, statements, actions or endorsement is prohibited. This rule applies beyond intimate or sexual content.

We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict access to any content that violates these standards at our sole discretion. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent account termination.

Content Safety Policy

AI prohibits illegal, exploitative and non-consensual content. The safety measures below describe checks available when enabled for this service:

Automated Detection Systems

• Prompt Screening: Prompt screening evaluates submitted text before generation. Screening decisions can prevent a request from proceeding; this does not guarantee that every prohibited topic can be detected or that a particular keyword alone determines the result.
• AI-Powered Content Scanning: When prompt screening is enabled, image and video prompts are checked on the server before a generation task is submitted. Only an allowed result can proceed. Blocked prompts are rejected; a review result, timeout or screening error stops the request. Requests stopped before generation do not incur generation credit charges.
• Multi-Stage Review Pipeline: Additional input-media and output checks may operate when configured. Automated checks have limitations and do not guarantee that every generated result is safe or lawful. Screening records may include the request identifier, outcome and time for operational review; the screening audit does not store a separate copy of the prompt text.

Support and Reporting

• Screening Issues: A review result does not create an automatic human-review queue or schedule a generation. You may contact support about an incorrect refusal or try again later after a temporary screening failure.
• User Reporting: You can report suspected policy violations to the support address below. We assess reports and may take appropriate action; we do not promise a particular review time or outcome.

Enforcement Actions

• First Violation: We may restrict prohibited requests, remove content we control or warn the account holder. A policy violation does not automatically qualify for a payment or credit refund; applicable refund rules still govern.
• Repeated Violations: Account suspension for a period determined by the severity and frequency of violations.
• Severe Violations: Immediate and permanent account termination without refund, and where required by law, referral to the appropriate authorities.

Continuous Improvement

We may update our safety configuration and policies as the service changes. Users remain responsible for lawful prompts, authorized source material and the use of generated results.

We also collect non-personal data through web cookies.

Use of Information

The information collected is used for order processing and to improve our services.

Data Sharing

We use service providers to host the platform, authenticate accounts, process enabled payments and fulfill generation requests. Relevant account, prompt and media data may be processed by those providers. We may also disclose information where required by law or to prevent fraud and abuse. Published examples and public media links are accessible to others.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or accurate, reliable or suitable AI-generated results. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using or publishing it.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the fees you paid us during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Reporting Policy Violations

Report suspected prohibited content, unauthorized deepfakes or impersonation to support@rapduos.com. Include the relevant content URL or task identifier, a description of the concern and any supporting information. We may review reported content and related account activity, remove or restrict content, and suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Where legally required, we may refer unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the USA.

Updates to the Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Users will be notified of any changes via email.
