Media served through public URLs may be viewed, downloaded or shared by anyone who has the link. Public media URLs are not private storage. Please do not upload sensitive or confidential information. Deleting a source file cannot recall copies already saved or shared by others.

Data Retention

We retain account information and generation history while your account remains active and as needed to provide the Service. Uploaded and generated media may remain stored until deleted or until a verified deletion request is processed. We do not currently promise a fixed automatic expiry period for all account records or media. After account closure or a verified deletion request, we delete or anonymize information that is no longer needed. We may retain transaction records and limited information where necessary for legal, tax or accounting obligations, fraud prevention or dispute resolution. Backup copies and cached media may remain until they are overwritten or expire; retained information remains subject to applicable safeguards.

Your Data Rights and Account Closure

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or a copy of your personal information, correction of inaccurate or incomplete information, deletion of personal information, and closure of your account. Where applicable, you may also request data portability or restrictions on processing, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a data protection authority.

We may verify your identity before acting and will respond within the period required by applicable law. We will explain any legal grounds for retaining information or declining a request.
